1. Eligibility and Account Use

You must comply with applicable laws and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining account security.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• Contains sexual exploitation, child abuse, or non-consensual intimate content.
• Promotes terrorism, violence, or threats of harm.
• Is hateful, harassing, or abusive.
• Attempts to evade safety systems or platform restrictions.

3. Content Moderation and Safety Filters

We apply automated and manual safety systems, including moderation classifiers and filtering, to prompts, uploads, and generated outputs. Content may be blocked, restricted, removed, delayed, or prevented from generation if it violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

You agree not to bypass or attempt to bypass moderation or safety controls. Repeated or severe violations may result in suspension or termination.

4. Your Content and License

You retain rights in your original content, subject to rights needed to operate the Service. You grant us and our processors a license to host, process, transform, transmit, and display your content to provide and improve the Service, enforce policies, and meet legal obligations.

5. AI Output Use and Responsibility

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use and for your downstream publishing, distribution, and legal compliance.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and RevenueCat

Paid features may be offered as subscriptions or in-app purchases through app stores. Entitlements and subscription state may be managed using RevenueCat. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are generally handled by the platform through which you purchased.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party services, including:

• Vercel Analytics
• Meta Pixel
• Appsflyer
• Firebase
• Google AdMob
• Google Cloud
• OpenAI
• RevenueCat

Your use of features backed by third parties may also be subject to their terms and policies.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, or misused the Service. We may also remove content that violates policy or law.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or suitability for every use case.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date and post the revised Terms in the Service.
